Our Manufacturing Process

From premium raw material to finished FIBC bags — quality at every stage

Weaving of PP Fabric
01

Weaving of Fabric

High-grade polypropylene granules are woven using circular and flat looms to produce strong, uniform PP fabric. Each roll is tested for tensile strength and consistency.

Fabric Cutting
02

Fabric Cutting

Fabric rolls are precisely cut into required panels for the body, sides, top, and bottom of the FIBC bags, ensuring dimensional accuracy and minimal wastage.

Sewing and Assembly
03

Sewing & Assembly

Panels are stitched using industrial sewing machines. Lifting loops, liners, fillers, belts, and reinforcements are attached to ensure high load-bearing capacity.

Quality Inspection
04

Quality Inspection

Each bag undergoes strict quality checks including visual inspection, measurement verification, and strength testing to meet international standards.

Packing and Dispatch
05

Packing & Dispatch

Finished bags are folded, bundled, baled, and securely packed before dispatch to ensure safe and timely delivery to customers.
