Precision at Every Stage of
Production
From virgin polypropylene granules to export-ready FIBC bags — our process is built on material integrity, dimensional accuracy, and uncompromising quality control.
Weaving of PP Fabric
Virgin polypropylene granules are extruded into flat tapes and woven on high-speed circular and flat looms to produce uniform, high-tenacity PP fabric. UV stabilizers are added for outdoor-grade applications. Each fabric roll is tested for tensile strength, elongation, and GSM consistency before advancing.
- Virgin-grade polypropylene — no recycled blends
- Circular & flat loom weaving for precision density
- UV-stabilised options available (Type B & D bags)
- Fabric GSM range: 90–200 GSM per specification
Precision Fabric Cutting
Woven fabric rolls are marked and cut into body panels, side panels, top spouts, bottom discharge spouts, and baffle inserts using calibrated cutting machines. Panel dimensions are verified against customer drawings. Tight tolerances ensure seamless assembly with minimal dimensional deviation.
- Computer-guided pattern marking for accuracy
- Panels cut for body, top, bottom, baffles & loops
- Tolerance held within ±5mm on critical dimensions
- Scrap fabric recycled responsibly in-house
Sewing & Assembly
Trained operators use industrial double-lockstitch sewing machines to assemble all panels. Lifting loops are stitched with a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 5:1 or 6:1 safety ratio per customer requirement. PE liners, baffles, discharge spouts, duffle tops, and label pouches are integrated at this stage.
- Double-lockstitch seams for maximum shear strength
- Loop SWL: 5:1 and 6:1 safety factor options
- Baffle construction available (4-point & 2-point)
- PE liner, discharge, and fill spout integration
Quality Inspection & Testing
Every finished bag passes a multi-point inspection aligned with ISO 21898 and UN certification requirements. Checks include seam strength testing, dimensional verification, loop pull tests, visual inspection for fabric defects, and labelling compliance. Rejected bags are tagged, quarantined, and reviewed to prevent recurrence.
- Inspected per ISO 21898 international standard
- Loop tensile pull test on 100% of bags
- Dimension verification against customer specs
- UN-certified testing protocols on request
Packing & Export Dispatch
Approved bags are folded to standardised dimensions, baled using hydraulic baling machines, and strapped for compact container loading. Each bale is labelled with batch code, bag count, and product specification. Full export documentation — including packing lists, test reports, and COAs — is prepared for seamless customs clearance worldwide.
- Hydraulic baling for maximum container utilisation
- Custom print & labelling per buyer requirements
- Full export documentation & test certificates
- Shipments to 40+ countries across 5 continents
