Stage 01

Advanced PP Fabric Weaving

Our process begins with the extrusion of 100% virgin polypropylene granules into high-tensile flat tapes. These are precision-woven on advanced circular and flat looms to engineer a uniform, high-tenacity fabric. Formulated with premium UV stabilizers for robust outdoor performance, every roll undergoes rigorous in-line testing for tensile strength, elongation, and GSM consistency.

  • 100% virgin-grade PP polymers
  • Precision density weaving via advanced looms
  • Specialized UV-stabilized formulations
  • Customizable fabric GSM ranging from 90 to 200+

Stage 02

Automated Precision Cutting

Woven fabric rolls are calibrated, marked, and cut into specific body panels, spouts, and baffle inserts utilizing computer-guided cutting technology. This stage employs heat and ultrasonic cutting methods to ensure sealed, fray-resistant edges. Our strict adherence to zero-compromise tolerances guarantees perfect structural integrity during assembly.

  • Computer-aided pattern mapping
  • Ultrasonic & thermal cutting techniques
  • Micro-tolerances strictly held within ±5mm
  • Sustainable in-house recycling of scrap materials
Stage 03

Expert Stitching & Assembly

Highly trained technicians utilize industrial double-lockstitch sewing machinery to meticulously assemble the FIBC panels. Lifting loops are integrated and reinforced to meet rigorous Safe Working Load (SWL) safety ratios of 5:1 or 6:1. Depending on your exact application, custom features like sift-proof seams, internal PE liners, and document pouches are seamlessly incorporated.

  • Heavy-duty double-lockstitch seams
  • Reinforced lifting loops engineered for 5:1 and 6:1
  • Custom baffle architectures
  • Specialized sift-proofing and internal PE liner integration
